So the estimate goes to you with a date on it and a plain note about what could move the pricing, usually material cost changes rather than anything to do with you. Take it to whoever you talk to about money.

We expect you to get other bids, and we would rather you did. What we ask is that you compare them on the same terms. Summer Heat on a Rossville Roof
